I am still tying to get the ver of SHIII with SF to run.

They can't see the future. SH3 came out before Vista, and even then the only problem with compatibility is with Starforce.

Try these guys: http://yhst-12000246778232.stores.yahoo.net/. I bought a "no Starforce" & pre-patched to 1.4 copy of SH3 from them last year. Just tell them that this what you want in the comments sections if you place an order there. Unfortunately I can't say for sure that this will work for you as I have Vista 32-bit.
