I postet this video on a danish forum and a person there wrote that if this was a huge storm in the caribian it's would be very difficult to avoid it. IF you are bound to a harbour in the mexican golf etc.

Problem is, these cruise ships are built like Hotels internally, not like ships.
Lots of loose stuff around. I suppose such a thing wouldn't have happend even on the France or the QU2, much less on the Bremen or the Queen Mary (1).

I never understood what is so great about going to sea in a floating mixture of a shopping mall and a casino.
