Not all forgotten! I notice the Uboat watch towers along the beach in Rehobeth are still standing tall. Just saw them two weeks ago when I was vacationing in Ocean City. I'm surprised these towers are still standing.

Yep! There is some fascinating history down there. When the Germans surrendered, a U-boat captain drove his boat right up to Cape May beach and surrendered. There are amazing pictures online somewhere of the surrendered crew, I'll try to dig them up....

And yes, the watch towers still stand strong. Its actually a popular surf spots for my friends and I, known to us as "Towers".

I'll shoot you a copy of the Dewey book when I slap a cover on it.
