I think it most offensive against pensioners, wearing two jumpers is not going to stay off hypothermia which pensioners suffer from. As at that age regulating there body heat is a lot harder. Pensioners need heat which that swine seems not to comprehend.

Have a word with your cousin Gordon and tell him to raise the winter fuel allowance then.
