For real?

I got 2.4 and thought I was bad.

My policy......

The planet was broke before I got here, might as well enjoy whats left of it.

Here's to fast bikes, juicy dead animals, long-haul holidays and patio heaters.

PS. The game is found here:
http://www.abc.net.au/science/planet...house_calc.htm - I'm apparently a carbon hog because I spend a lot of money. Big whoop! I was only slightly fat till I hit that page.

PPS. Stupid that this is targetted at kids.

No different then this sort of thing:

Different message. One tells you that you aren't wanted, and the other tells you that you are.

Which one will leave kids up at night with nightmares? Hope or dispare? That is what you are advocating here.

Funny you should bring that up.

I was thinking more in terms of, games that promote special interests. Not the content of the games themselves, although by default, i consider games promoting special interests as an extreme view. But, that said, its my understanding that games like the one i mentioned, are along the lines of, "Better beleive in jesus you'll be left behind and will burn in hell!". IE, scare tactic. Same thing as a game that's basically, "OMG your harming teh planetz!!!one!!!".

To hell with that game. Global warming isn't man-made or may Captain Planet come kick my ass.

With that said, you speak the truth. Of course, Athiests point out that it is only a 1 in 6 chance, but is that a chance you are willing to take?

Either way, being wrong is not so much a bad thing since it promotes a healthy society at the very least, but being right has extreme consequences! :p Think about it. I can take this further, but you are smart enough to figure it out on your own...

I have almost 32 years. I'm pretty sure I won't live that long anyway.

It kinda reminds me of this old National Lampoon Lemmings show about the Woodshuck Festival of Peace, Love and Death Mass Suicide.

Good Lord, that's horrifically designed.

Re: thread title - same as being raised Catholic, I guess.

35 years left for me. I'd say I'm benefiting from the bike and housesharing.
