TMO with RSRD are at the very top of my list.

RSRDC is a must have for a historical experience. TMO and RFB that is a personal matter, both are excellent. My advice go dual install with MultiSH4 and install one of each, that way you don't have to choose. Makes life easier.

Oh, and if you have SH4 1.5, Operation Monsun is a must have! That makes it a third install! Yep! Life is good!
