in SH3/data/library there are many file .dat, but they seem encrypted, ...several names could match with the file that i'm searching for.

maybe WO.dat, if you open it, there are some interesting sentences related to Weapon Officer, embebed in encrypted strings.
I can't find anything in Cfg folder related to time in speaking or actions..

yes, it is Pearl Harbour II, the sequel, where U-571 has been raised and used by the US themselves against Pearl harbour, so they have an official reason to join the european war (or whatever)

Phrases_voice.dat have controls for the time of the lips movement... but even if i change the lenght of those movements (from half second to f*cking 3 weeks) the lips keep moving fast, as fast as they were before, NO CHANGES!!!

So far we can't open that file... maybe in the future?
The V3 is in halt, but I'm still trying...
