It has been intermittent since about 1300z.I did get in but I am back out again at the moment 1608z.It lets you into the sign-in screen and then goes for a siesta.
Back in at 1619z

Thats weird, I will not load via Firefox, but If I click the mail logo on MSN Messanger, it loads in Internet Explorer
