Not sure I follow here, has always worked on this end, O, page up and down to raise and lower. Using TM as a mod.

Observation periscope is raised and lowered by th eInsert & Delete keys respectively.

Hi All,
For purposes of historical accuracy, raising radar at periscope depth would be useless since radar depth was 10-15 feet less, as the mast did not go through the pressure hull.
