I predict that the divorce rate will go down in 2008 as the rate of home sales decrease in Southern California ...

Why will divorce rates go down?

Because the other party can't get any serious money out of California's equal property settelments ... resulting in less divorce, which is over 50% levels now.

- Issues that effect the whole world, will go from worse, to catastrophic.

- Next US president, turns out to be a flake on every concievable level. (2012 prediction: we reelect this flake anyway)

- Apartment and house rental costs go even higher as the demand for rentals goes up even more. Go go housing bubble burst!

- The upper 1% screws over America even more by outsourcing more US jobs over seas; Middle class America continues to move ever closer to extinction.

- Mexico moves ever closer to its goal of reaquiring territory lost to the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo
