Ary you using Sober's NSM v3.3? Because I remember something about him saying that v3.3 is not completely patch 1.4 compatible, in the case that under-the-keel-shots do not do a whole lot of damage to warships anymore. I thougth I read that because of this, Sober is totally overhauling his (supergreat) NSM mod.

No mods being used here...

I gave up on sinking one for now, I spent all day yesterday trying all kinds of different approaches but no luck.

I guess as disappointing it is on one hand, I do have to agree with those who say it's realistic.
Still, it would be nice to gain more knowledge as to where the weak spot lies, if indeed there is a weak spot.

the only time i saw a yamato
i saw 3 of them on one group

unlucly it was my first patrol so i wasnt able to even get close to them.

havent seen once ever since.

but it's become my white whale.

This must be the original Japanese shipbuilding program where the Shinano was finished as a battleship instead of as a carrier.:hmm: Alternate history time!
