They are doing a radio campain here in Australia to stress to people to seek medical treatment as soon as you get the symptoms of stroke or heart attack.

Same here. Didn't see this thread till this morning. Good news. My Pa ended up having either a double or triple bypass and that was a good 10=15 years ago. He lives a fully active life still. He's 80 odd years old and as fit as a fiddle.

Take care and look after yourself.

It sure has been a big year. Engaged to be married, heart attack, a complete revamp of the course I teach, quitting smoking and it's only august...
