seems you have three versions going there,
one with no man,,
one in heavy weather gear
and one in tropic gear


I like all three versions and could see where each has a perfect fit!!!

Looks great. I'm currently reading Douglas Reeman's "Twelve Seconds to Live" which talks briefly about the Tirpitz raid but more about the German midget sub programme being studied by the British.

well there are currently only 2 versions, one with a chap on top for surface running and one without for submerged (sm version also has air induction mast lowered).

The one with the wet weather gear fella was too high poly for sh3, the mans head had over 200k polys!)
The man in the newer shots is taken from sh3s weapon_crew.dat.
