Default Ducimus,thanks for explaining.

Now our boat has no Rudder,no dammage,& I think this is scripted. Rudder just falls off.We need the option to abandon ship,if the Devs put this in the game,or steer wirh port/starboard screws.:rotfl: Sorry to Hijack thread.

I appreciated the modders effort, but I'm sorry, I just don't consider starting west of Midway to be a "fix". It's a workaround that, to me, is worse in terms of realism than the problem it seeks to solve.

No offense meant to those who worked on this. Maybe I misunderstand exactly what it does.

The thinking,to share a work around.until we get a patch is an effort to temp.fix for
game play.If you haven't noticed,realism,still is in need of patch 1.03,& even then,there might be welcome work-around.This is a Simulation.The real game might emerge, when beta is fixed. meanwhile,my crew's trying to find our Rudder,or
steer with port,& starboard Eng's.that would be "realism"

I agree. Forcing a non-Pearl location for starting a patrol out of Peralr base is not an acceptable work-around. This is one for the devs.
