I think it's called "secure from silent running" (I have the german install as well). It basically means "stop silent running".
Right? I thought you were talking about a whole other kind of thing.

Yeah got me very confused as well, I was wondering if I was missing an engineer command icon, all I have is "secure from silent running"

You are both absolutely right.

That is just the way I understand the meanings of those German icons.So,in future,feel free to correct me.
