The map isnt altered to add more cities
That is the Locations.cfg

The map should be fine

This one works with any mod whatsoever...
It only adds a background map for the seas.

Actually, the locations.cfg adds more cities in 3D, which you can see from the bridge, periscope, uzo and free view.
The campaign_lnd.mis adds cities on the map (F5).

The above map mod is only one file = 4320_2160.raw
And this is the file, I have uploaded for you, since this was the demanded effect!
Nobody asked for the extra cities 3D/map.
