Yes, Im sure that both Wright and the EA stock holders find this Sims thing very, very very funny. Has to be one of their biggest gravy trains.

That game just keeps selling and selling.

I think all you "OMG Crytek" people need to realize that its not necessarily useful for a submarine game. At this point the game (SHIV) looks pretty damn good, all they need to fix is the LAUGHABLY SHORT VIEW DISTANCE OF 8000 METERS! That they made it this short TWO TIMES IN A ROW is making me annoyed.Fix that annd the lack of FSAA, and why upgrade the engine?

They need to get some new sounds thats what they do.

Hmm, The current sims 2 I lost track. Think they hit 6 or 7 with the original.

But, young grasshopper, I've been playing computer games since Raid on Bungeling bay I think part of Wrights soul has eroded after years of The Sims prostitution. I look forward to his Spore. Looks real ambitious and so un-EA-like. It will even come for Nintendo DS :rotfl:

Yeah, Spore looks real interesting. What is the "expected" release date nowadays?

I've been playing games a while too. I remember playing Parsec with the cartridge and text based games. LOL

I thought I read a post in the SH3 forum about using higher TC levels (>128) resulted in your missing ships. Meaning that if you use TC of 512 you will move faster but won't always recieve ship tracks or sightings.

Is this still valid in SH4?
Yes, I believe it is still valid. It's best to use HIGH amounts of TC when you are in the middle of nowhere, and then start bumping it down lower when you believe you are getting closer to a hot spot. It's also going to depend on the rating of your watch crew.

Now is easy stay on the top of the list because simulators are not very frequent in the market

And sh4 is ambiented in the pacific war, so it´s very interesting for american people, more than german u-boat war.

i don´t think in another subsim in the next years, and the mass of the gamers don´t think about realism and historical accuracy, future games perhaps could be a more arcade game than now, or a multiplayer game
