On my last patrol I made my gunners go on deck in rough weather. They went on deck without quoting deck gunner's union rules. I guess that shows my superior leadership .

If you seen the pictures the sea conditions were dreadful, rough sea lots of rain and fog. Shame I really would had liked a crack at the swine with the deck gun.
