The Best Kept Secrets of the IRS
  • The Sixteenth Amendmendment, supposedly giving Congress the power to collect income taxes, was never ratified.
  • The Constitution does not empower Congress to delegate any function to the IRS.
  • The IRS is apparently a private corporation registered in Delaware.
  • The IRS is the Gestapo of the Federal Reserve bankers. The same sponsors pushed the Federal Reserve Act and the Sixteenth Amendment through Congress in 1913.
  • The purpose of the IRS is not to collect taxes but to control and terrorize people.
  • It is doubtful whether money collected by the IRS goes to the government. Checks received by the IRS seem to be deposited by the Federal Reserve bankers, with "FRB" (for "Federal Reserve Bank") stamped on returned checks.
  • Because of the limitations placed by the Constitution on the federal government, the IRS has no jurisdiction in the 50 states - see page 7.
  • The Internal Revenue Code is not law.
  • The Internal Revenue Code defines the term "person" in such a way that it does not apply to most Americans.
  • For most Americans, the income tax is voluntary.
  • The federal income tax is an indirect or excise tax. The end-recipient of income cannot be liable for income tax.
  • The term "income" is so defined in the tax code that wages or salaries do not constitute "income."
  • Most corporations in America need not subject themselves to the IRS in any way.
  • Corporations may only withhold taxes from an employee's earnings if the employee specifically requests such withholding. No one can be legally forced to complete a W4 withholding form.
  • Employers who withhold part of the salaries or wages of employees against the will of the latter, commit theft.
  • The U.S. Constitution effectively defines "money" as gold and silver - Article I, Section 10: "No State shall make anything but gold and silver coin a tender in payment of debts." The law agrees: "The terms 'lawful money' and "lawful money of the United States' shall be construed to mean gold or silver coin of the United States." (12 USC 152.) The Federal Reserve Note is not money; it is counterfeit currency. Hence receipts in Federal Reserve Notes, having no legal value, are not taxable.
  • It may be that most Americans can relinquish their "U.S. Citizenship" and declare themselves State Citizens, subject to neither Federal nor State income taxes.
  • There is a legal principle "void for vagueness." The tax code is in many parts so vague that nobody (including IRS terrocrats) can understand it. A 1991 Supreme Court case found that if someone sincerely believes that he or she doesn't have to file a tax return and pay income tax, then that person cannot be convicted of a crime. Several other courts have found accordingly. See page 8.
  • Also in 1991, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals held that if someone claims they are not subject to the federal income tax, then the burden to prove the contrary is on the IRS. For most Americans the IRS can't prove this. See page 8.
  • Filing a 1040 or other tax return involves the surrender of the Fifth Amendment right to not incriminate oneself. The Fifth Amendment of the Constitution says that no one can be forced to incriminate himself or herself.
  • All IRS liens and seizures are illegal.
  • The IRS in its totality is a violent, criminal extortion racket with no legal basis whatsover.
  • There are methods for protecting income and assets so that, no matter what the IRS terrocrats do, it becomes difficult for them to violate our unalienable rights to own property and the fruits of our labor. One way is to use Trusts.
  • In his book Tax Fraud & Evasion: The War Stories, Attorney Donald W. MacPherson exposes the IRS as a paper tiger. The probability that any individual will be prosecuted for not paying taxes to the IRS are about one in 70,000. The probability that any individual will go to jail for not paying taxes are about one in 146,000. I believe that if you follow the advice in Beat-The-IRS Manual and The Pure Trust Package, the probability of having trouble with the IRS drops close to zero."""

1. Travel to Mexico.
2. Darken your skin with that tanning lotion (skin dying lotion), your a Brit after all.
3. Walk across the border.

Its done every day by Mexican nationals.
You laugh but it's true.
It seems that Americans of the White kind are suffering from lack of serious jobs. This has also moved over into the Black population also.
We Americans expect to be given a $100,000 a year job right out of high school, and when we dont get it we punish the system by not getting a job anywhere. We also complain about the Government not paying us to sit on our over fed behinds, and then we complain when they raise taxes to pay us to sit on our over fed behinds.

Now this does not include the Crackheads and dope smokers that just want something for nothing. These will get out and make some money some how legal or otherwise to support thier taken choice of lifestyle.

Backing up just a little... we know that there are just so many $100,000 a year jobs to go around and being that those jobs are mostly given to family members and friends it maybe that you have to take a $50,000 a year job.Now we know that these jobs are given to the family and freinds of the $100,000 a year people.

Which leads us to the $25,000 a year people. These are the back bone of America and they are the ones most pressed in taxes and calls to aid our country. These are the ones who build and plow, feed and clothe, they are the heart of this great land. ...BUT they are under enormous fire from Immagrants who will do the same job for less money...ie. Why would a company pay some one person $13 an hour when they can get 2 Mexicans for the same price? How can a person making $13 an hour be expected to buy a car made buy a person making $20 an hour? How can the 2 Mexicans making $6 an hour buy a car and the gas to run it plus pay the Insurence to drive it... ?

Now this is not a attack against Mexicans ... they are doing what they can to survive and live in Mexico and America.
In fact I'm attacking the employers.

Well, I will stave off my attack until the New Year is here.
Sounds like you have a class system similar to the UK [although our leader implies we don't have one].
A case in point, job-wise is one of our great old institutions, the BBC which really stands for 'Big Boy's Club' because you need to know some-one to get into their gang ! Incidentally we pay a licence fee which we cannot legally get out of paying to see the BBC 'family'.
BTW, have the dark tanning lotion and one-way ticket to Mexico but will I need to know the Spanish lingo before making the crossing over to the USA ?

I for one disagree with your statement....I do not spend every waking moment on the computer,tv, or involved with the disemenation of all known information....and I am a Cable guy for cripes sake.

I have never heard these stories or facts as they do seem to be, until recently when I think some other member here brought it up in a thread.I read about it, watched the videos here, and went to the IRS website...and I do find them to be in an awkward situation. It seems to me that they are digging a hole in that they do not address the "Peoples" petitions to discuss the anomiles and gaps in the law.If they would just bring it up in congress and address it in the supreme courts or whatever and be done with it seems it would be settled.I mean come on what state would not vote "For" taxes....taxes we assume pay for things we here in the US like...but it does make me wonder where the money is really going and how this web got spun....it only makes the IRS look guilty by not addressing the situation but makes perfect sense to me in that...anyone or entity that has such power would not easily want to relinquish it....and the fact of a new "National ID" coming about and the technology to implement it only re-enforces all I already know....what is getting people into trouble I think is when they are falisifying information which in-itself is criminal and then you are in KimChee...jailed on a technical foul......the evil one is poised to strike and assume total control of this world...all that is needed is another catalyst....hum.

Merry "Christ"mas...

Go ahead, folks. Don't pay your taxes. But be warned: there's a sucker born every minute.

I find it funny that people have problems with paying income tax. tax which goes on to pay for federally funded roads, health care (i hear thats pretty ****e over in the states), for defence, and a whole lot of important stuff. Perhaps you're right von capo, we shouldnt pay income tax, and we should each individually and independently contribute to financing a section of highway or funding a new vaccine...

in the meantime, i wish you all the best with the court case i'm sure will ensue following the IRS's seizure of your items.

We have one tax here in the U.K which most people here think is theft by the government, it's called Inheritance tax.

Thanks to the Labour government.

If you say this, it is because you did not watch the movie announced in post #1.
And if you did it, or you did not understand it; or you watched it, but not the whole film.

Also, it would be very educative experience for anyone who dares to get involved without to get informed first; to watch the movie "The money Master".
Everybody can watch it at:

The money masters part 1 ---> http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...+masters&hl=en

The Money Masters part 2 ---> http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...+masters&hl=en

Terrific description of how american economy works (3h 30m total).

You want tax oppression? America is not the place to find it. Come on over my way for 50% plus 15.5% VAT plus national insurance. Many in Europe go through similar.

As for taxation without representation, America now has the representation. True, there's much to complain about the representation but the taxes are legit.

But again, play Russo's game and get burned.

Tax his land,
Tax his bed,
Tax the table
At which he's fed.

Tax his tractor,
Tax his mule,
Teach him taxes
Are the rule.

Tax his cow,
Tax his goat,
Tax his pants,
Tax his coat.

Tax his ties,
Tax his shirt,
Tax his work,
Tax his dirt.

Tax his tobacco,
Tax his drink,
Tax him if he
Tries to think.

Tax his cigars,
Tax his beers,
If he cries, then
Tax his tears.

Tax his car,
Tax his gas,
Find other ways
To tax his as - s

Tax all he has
Then let him know
That you won't be done
Till he has no dough.

When he screams and hollers,
Then tax him some more,
Tax him till
He's good and sore.

Then tax his coffin,
Tax his grave,
Tax the sod in
Which he's laid.

Put these words
upon his tomb,
"Taxes drove me
to my doom..."

When he's gone,
Do not relax,
Its time to apply
The inheritance tax.

This is already happening. All those lovely enviromental laws cost business money to comply. That cost is passed onto the consumer. Sort of a VAT for air.
