Call Centres

First I am not knocking the 430 lucky Scots.

First Data, the US payments processing company, is to open a call centre in Glasgow creating 430 jobs over the next five years.

For the record I don't need the following -

• Double Glazing
• A new roof
• A new gas or electric company
• A different Broadband server
• Life insurance

OK I shall stop there, or I will be at this all night. I find call centres to be a right pain in the rear end and they have a knack of ringing me when I'm doing something. I am registered with the TPS but there are so many new call centres popping up and ringing me up.

They drive me nuts.
