How do I put David Hasslhoff on my tower? I want a Baywatch themed U-Boat.

You need to get the image you want saved as a square say 200x200px .TGA file. The GIMP or Photoshop will let you take pretty much any image and save it in whatever image format you want.

then you have to stick it in the data\Emblems\SubEmblems. Once it's there and you have a sub in port and you have I think about >1900, you just select the emblem you want.

I've finally got the emblem pack uploaded to UBRS and now am waiting for it to be made available to the rest of you. In the mean time the Filefront download should still work.

I've just uploaded version 2 of my Custom Emblem Pack which fixes a number of transparency problems I had with the first pack. Us this one as it is much more accurate depiction of what I wanted to do in the first place.

Truevision TGA is a raster graphics file format. It was developed by Truevision Inc. in 1984. It was further modified in 1989 when thumbnails, an alpha channel, gamma value, and textual metadata were introduced.

You may want to make a start by downloading the excellent selection of emblems already available at:

And welcome aboard mate

LOL - What Jim's trying to say is that you need Image Editing software. Examples which can convert to TGA are Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, Infranview(?) & Gimp. There are probably more....

Hi to all.

I want to make an emblem from this...some questions...

A> How do I crop the background so that the sculpture and the plaque are only visible? (I don't want the marble its sitting on)...

B> What type of file is needed to be SH3 compatible?

C> Where do I put the finished file?

D> Could someone crop and make this into a U-boat emblem?...
