Have you got these mods enabled with JSGME? And what is IO Mod?

If you have enabled your skin via JSGME did it warn you that GW had already altered the files?

No, i enabled the skin directly by repacking the .dat file. I've uploaded the folder NSS_Uboat2A to filefront (It's in .rar format), its located here:
http://files.filefront.com/NSS_Uboat.../fileinfo.html
If you had the time, you could have a look at it, while i try to see if i have done anything wrong...

Do you run SH3 Commander? Did you roll back? Did you then enable JIRM + GW + IO after repacking the dat?

Questions, Questions......

The best practice is to copy the original DAT file to a location away from the working installation, then work on it. Then make it JSGME ready and enable it that way.

I'm sure that you have nerf'd this by re-packing over the original installation while other mods are installed.

Am downloading your DAT now.

FYI - JIRM is part of GW. And what is 'IO'?

Edit - FF is bl**dy slow today. 4.24 kb/s

Thats the number 1 rule, i know.....I'll try following your advice, mate, and work outside of SHIII directory, and then make it JSGME compatible. Thanx, Mentor!!

edit: i'll try to disable all mods first.

Here is the VIIC version! With access to the conning tower and all!
I understood, that i also had to copy the hull.tga and deck.tga to the texture/TNormal/tex folder. Togheter with the .dat file, it made the case!

Conning tower:

Rear view:

Front left:

Behind left:

Hope you like it! I will make it ready to download and use with JSGME in a while, just have to eat something first....:p

Looking good mate

Did you know that the VIIB & VIIC can be skinned by just using the textures.

Have a look at the file structure for Bernards Pink Boat. That way you can keep it a small download.

Seth, the view from here is wonderful........

(This is your IIA)
Must be a conflict your end(rollback or mod)

I have made it JSGME ready and removed the extra files + reduced the size from 27mb to 8mb
(use 7-Zip for compression)

Get it here
