This might be a wierd place to ask but I do need a hand in TMA and info management. Thought to see if anyone was interested in a friendly coop MP session of DW.

Well that is one rather realistic aspect of Dangerous Waters - information overload.

Start by reading the tma sections of
  • Timmy G00 tactical multiplayer manual
  • Red Book

The first one you can download on www.subguru.com and the second you can download on CADC (comanders academy and dive center website).
For CADC you have to register though.
Those 2 guides were made by players for players and they are very very clear with lots of images.

If anyone out there could answer these questions or give me a link to a thread or website that could, I would greatly appretiate it, thank you.
Shots of various screens on the USS Texas

2:21 shot of the digital telescope display
3:50 shot of the multiple sonar screens
5:19 shot of the firecontrol station.

Those that could really tell the similarities and difference, probably won't be telling.

Yes, its a very well done manual. But the Red Book is also very good.
It touches certain important points that Timmy G00 never mentioned in his guide. The 2 guides complement perfectly each other.

However the Timmy Goo`s one is based on Sub Command (unless I have the wrong one).

It's better than 90% transferable. The only major change I can think of from SC to DW that makes the TACMAN out of date is that DEMON now requires a BB contact.
