ok, but there has been put very much time into type II so far, right? are the other types already beeing overhauled? i mean, if type II is still not finished (regarding your forums hans still works on this type) and this has taken over 8 month now, when do we can expect the other types? i am a bit curious if these will ever been finished...this is why i am asking.

While it has taken so much time to reproduce the TypIIA - a lot of this is due to research in order to fully reproduce this piece of history that is almost lost to us.
The TypIIa has very little surving material and even less photographic material showing the Interior of the U-Boat.
Most that can be found is that on the Finnish Vessiko, while a lot of it is common to both - would not allow a 100% reproduction that HAHD strives for.
The other classes are not so restrictive in available material, and so will not hinder the re-production of said classes . Allowing for a much faster release schedule .

anyway. reading your forums leads to the conclusion, you are stuck in details of the type II, are you? if so, dont expect anyone to understand this.

I understand it very well. They wanted to do something special for one boat, then start on the others. Just because you don't like what they're doing doesn't mean everyone else feels the same. It would be nice if you stopped badgering them about this and let them do their work. Modders work for themselves, not anyone else.

Yeah urfish, it's obvious that your calender and the one the HAHD team is on, are quite different ... have a break and be patient, it all will be done when it's done, and stuff will be shown when it's shown. Staying around this thread and pushing the team to show things is a good way to calm your impatience, but it sure will end up annoying them

Not stuck, just looking for detailed views, descriptions etc of the radio used on the type IIA.
We strive to be 100% realistic at all times. It takes longer but it history preserved in a way, so worth doing .
And creating the site has helped to get the information we required so it all works out nicely in the end.

nice to see you sign on them. this community is still functional, good. and everyone can do, what he wants to do. right you are, sailors. but understand me too, please. i am not alone with this. mods are not just for themselves. if so, no one would need to share it...so mods are community feeded and consumed.

the work of hans is very nice and what he reached so far is extraordinary, no question. but when seeing them loosing into details (searching weeks for the right radio of a uboat type which was nearly not used) and read about expecting more and more patience cause of the small team on one hand, by neglecting my help (and the hands of others maybe too) on the other hand...this all doesnt fit. right? so, think about it. hard to understand.

Wolfstriked,It is not the impatience that annoys but the disrespection to other people work and opinion

as i said , we will not ruin the 'wow' factor for this one so don't expect to give you any juicy hint . it is something that is taking sh3 to a (very) next level and most had it as impossible for sh3
