No to both, though word "towed" is a part of the name of that grey cylinder (which is a part of a larger object).

well, was gonna say towed array sonar system, but that's towed....so is it part of a weapon system. The green thing seems to have a prop....hmmm, doesn't look like a torpedo I know, but I'll guess....by the wire torpedo firing system..
