This is a great article about how Minnesota owes Adrian Peterson and apology. I have no idea as to why they haven't given him one already.

This is the perfect example of what I call the "Too Soon Bias". I really wish that they'd wait until at least 5 years after the game has been played before putting it on polls like this. Personally i'd vote either the Ice Bowl, the 1958 NFL Championship Game or Super Bowl XIII as the best still. However i'll admit this game is for now at least in the top 10 best NFL games ever.

Yes, you've probably heard the rumors about Philip Rivers being traded to the Tennessee Titans. You've heard the team's GM give a non-answer when asked about it, and then backtrack the next day. Things should start dying down now, yes? No.

This part sounds like what the media should do about political stories, uh?

The media is ready to be done with the story. They really are. Nobody likes to devote this much ink and airtime to a potential storyline that might never happen.

It makes the whole thing look contrived. However, the Chargers are not letting them kill the story.
