Well, building Lego (and other companies' bricks, there are better and cheaper brands out there) is one of my main hobbies, and I own a decent collection of sets (however, none of them is that old, my parents gave away all my childhood legos a long time ago, after I had moved out). The first picture gave the bricks away (there's a small but distinctive line between the red bricks of the chair), but the true giveaway was the part of the TV set.

The set number and the year I simply took from the database link I provided.

Anyway, a new riddle:

Who is this?

Bonus points if you can tell me who he's talking to.

"Ostfriese" by the way is the German word for "East Frisian", a person from Eastern Frisia, a region in the very northwest of Germany where I lived for a few years. More than two decades ago, actually...
