I will see if I find something that might work so far the only thing I see for a change that might cause it is radius or environment but again I am guessing because he handled that one part of the mod

we will take care of it and get it out to you guys so you don't screw up your files for your game and explain what we changed so everyone will know for future reference.
And you would use the S3D editor to do it but there are lot's and lot's of nodes and parts to the particles file where as the camera file is a lot easier to deal with. |

Question - since installing this mod, I'm getting an odd white reflection on the 'corner of my eye' with the camera. IE., as the camera pans around the sub, there is a white reflection on the water in the corner that follows it. It disappears rapidly, and it's only really noticeable for a moment if you pan rapidly...but panning rapidly 360 degrees you can get a nice, steady view of it flickering away over there.
For example, see here: ![]() ...that white patch in the upper right - in front of the bow of the sub - shouldn't be there, and it stays about that same portion of the water into the 3d window as you pan around the sub, regardless of which direction one is facing. Also, the reflections by the horizon seem...unusual. For example, leaving Manilla in late '41, there is a small sliver of land surrounding the horizon. For some reason, the 'reflections' mod REALLY exaggerates this in the reflection, though...but randomly. It's almost a moving 'sawtooth' reflection in the water. As below: ![]() (You'll need to click on that and view the 'actual size' image to see the effect in the horizon reflection) Settings are: Radeon video card (obviously, note the green border) 4xFSAA 16xAniso (set to 'High Quality' mode) Mipmaps set to 'Highest' quality Adaptive AA on, set to 'performance' |

Pardon me for my ignorance or if i have missed it somewhere in these forums, but does this mod include the effects from the Living Breathing Ocean mod? do I still need to install that mod with this one?
That being said, this mod has made this sim a totally new game for me! Thank-you very much to all those involved!!

hi ,
First thanks for this really nice mod. I m playing with it for several hours now, with no major issue. now here is a little feedback on this alpha ! ![]() - i feel the moon /sun is too big, well it is nice like a photo . But the moon is really too big. The sun is nice since it is bloomed so we don't bother. -in middle of the day if you look reverse to the sun direction, from the deck position, the water background color is a true blue , near electric, . I feel that it could be darker. -when i sunk a lonely merchant, i got 2 spot of fire on water, one with oil (so great) , one for the boat, but the reflection of fire was working only on one -more problematic; light fog: one day i had light fog , i think the light fog distance is not the same when you are zooming (with binocular ,tdc or scope it is the same result): without zooming i could see a boat, then with the binocular , i could'not it was behind the fog. question: is the mod overriding NSM? , since i sunk 3 boats , and they sunk so quickly. and at last , well BIGBIG THANKS for all the team involved in this mod , truely added value here. sorry for my english , im french pp config AMDX2 4400+ 2GoRam 8800GTX for the people asking for sun blooming, with nvidia drivers , i had to put AA to x4 or less AND to disable gamma correction for AA. |

Hi Leo...is this a possible bug found? Screen one shows sunrise with no fog, while screen two shows sunrise with light fog. As you can see it looks like the sun is rising above the fog bank { assuming that is what the faint gray line just above the horizon is! }
No Fog ![]() Light Fog ![]() If not a bug then sorry for disturbing you ![]() |
