Cooling-water system and anti-corrosion oil-circulating system
Hi Tomi
I am trying to workout this pipe system near the bow of the engine room (Figs 1 & 2). The only system I could find that it match was the Cooling-water system and anti-corrosion oil-circulating system (Fig. 3 - Valve in red). You can see this real piping and valve in (Fig. 4) from U-Historia. Any thought Tomi? Do you think it part of the Cooling-water system and anti-corrosion oil-circulating system? Have you had time to add it to your 3D model yet? Fig. 3 Figs 1 & 2 Fig. 4 Picture from http://www.u-historia.com |

I know not how it looks, I think those are breadth metal strips on the outside site of the Tank ( As a container ) ( Look 210x24 Strip on the Tank/Hole pattern outside ) ??? ?? ?? . Is that the view from below or from above? Thanks for any help! Last edited by Tomi_099; 11-13-09 at 04:34 AM. |

Yes, that is the problem I am a single interesting picture of the Auspufanlage. It is interesting that one at all, always make the control below the exhaust But no one makes you pictures taken above the control Kaleun Endress has also made some pictures , one only has to look exactly difficult to find unless one knows the area. Do you have more pictures of the exhaust system? Very good that you begin so that the area is still opaque to me! |

I have added the wiring, the insulating cork (the light brown layer next to the Pressure Hull) and a control rod that run along the starboard Pressure Hull (I believe the control rod is for the aft hydroplane ). Pressure Hull and Ribbing are now to scale (Pressure Hull is 21 mm - because this is a Type VIIC/41) and ribbing is 200 x 70 x 11 mm.
Fig. 1. Top view - Starboard only. Fig. 2. Side view - Port - Pressure Hull, Ribbing and Plate Steel (Not to scale - yet ) |
