I mentioned to Neal of the possibility that any gift for Dave be delivered if agreed upon by a Subsim member. I offered since I am only about an hour from Dave's town. I also learned that another member is also about the same distance away. Neal was pretty receptive to the idea, since it would be a more meaningful, personal touch then just recieving something in the mail. If it's ok with all the rest of you, mabey we could go this route and have the two of us present Dave with our gift. How dose everyone feel about this?

Very ok by me just make sure we know where Dave is by then - right now he seems to be in hospital in another part of the country.

The hospital where Dave is now, is appx 2.5 hours from me. I wasn't sure if we were going wait until Dave returned home or not. Anyone closer to Philly out there?

I'm glad that so far, everyone is ok with the proposal. I'm sure it would mean so much to Dave, as well as Francisco to have our wellwishes brought to him by one of his own, so to speak. BTW, nothing to report from Torps? Hopefully today, with better news
