Make it a paid service. Browsing could be free, but if you want to post, you need to pay. Only a nominal amount, but enough to hit the hip pocket after a few registrations.

We are having fun with this. The only complaint that I have is that some of his posts disappeared. That plays nicely into his "Subsim is evil" theme and should probably be avoided.
