Hi sailors, and rum for all.

My name, FAE_Boqueron come from long long time ago when I used to fly with my friends from escuadrilla FAE in old times IL2 Sturmovik.

As planes, I always loved subs sims: my first contact was in ZX Spectrum...I cant remember the name. Later, on pc, I played silent service, silent hunter 1 to 4, not much Destroyer Command (I bought it on a trip to NY) but stopped playing for lot of years. Now I want to try again with SH5, and your comunity is plenty of help for that.

So ... i'm born near Dortmund, Germany. 6 Dec i have my Final Exam so a lot of pressure

I thought a little bit SH5 to cool down would be nice again and after searching for mods i landed here ^^

I've been here for a while, but never really used the forums. Intending on changing that a bit myself lol.

I'm 20, a college student studying Maritime Studies (with a concentration in Anthropology). My dad was on Subs during the late cold war, and as such I have a bit of a personal fascination with them. I'm extremely interested in Archaeology and Nautical Archaeology is a possible avenue for me, my advisor is actually one, and this past summer he was a key element of an expedition on the Black Sea that turned up 40 different wrecks.

Recently got a copy of "War in the Boats" by Capt. William J Ruhe, my copy is actually signed too funnily enough. Guess that stuff sorta happens when you buy used near a major Sub base lol.
