Not a Fokker of any kind. Also Anthony Fokker was dutch, not german. The allies did not want to pay Fokker to construct planes for them, so he asked Germany.

Big hints: The photo is supposedly taken from one of the "Militaertyp" planes, maybe during the war, in the eastern front theater, or (if before the war) at least in the east. As said before the war, the civilian version made a record flight. A lot of german planes did at that time, but this was a distance record. edit the type on the photo indeed has ailerons.

Not a Deutsche Flugzeug Werke Mars, not a DFW at all.
I do not think so, though planes of this time may have been piloted by different pilots that also flew in different planes. Not heard about him in relation to this plane.

Hint:
not the Mars as i said, but also able to carry up to three crew. The plane could carry almost as much mass as its own weight.
