I've just seen 'the hurrying man' again. He's not a jogger or a speedwalker, he just 'hurries'... with his hands dangling at his sides... like an Irish Dancer who's forgotten how to go backwards.

Thing is, he must stink, because he's always wearing the same grey t-shirt and joggers.
