one thaught... will they stop the damn flags waving underwater this time? lovely shot of a ship going down back first but the flag is waving.. and its waving the wrong way!

couldnt they do the same as the spining radar mod someone made? its up when surfaced but as soon as you're underwater it dissappears

Here we have an excellent in-game photo, showing the seafloor-texture aswell as the transparent water:

And if you notice...Hey, look! Its Bernard Dummkopf's cousin Ensign Parker! It looks like he is dumping the submarines garbage on the seafloor, so that the enemy wont find it floating around.... He is a clever sailor, Ensign Parker! He even brought two members of the crew to help him with....well, it looks like some kind of leftover meat or something.... Well, im sure Parker has it all under control!

Those last few screenshots are impressive. The translucent water is especially well done. Which begs the question, will oil slicks be modeled too?

Even with all my hooting and howling about the lack of interior compartments I have to admit... these screenshots look AMAZING!!! No wonder they haven't had time to do any more interiors.

Hmm.. far cry from SH1.

Yeah these are defanatly some great screens... i think the spreading fire and smoke effect is great
shows DX9 with PS 2.0 still has alot of fight left
