I see...that's why I said that it "looks" like it doesn't do much.

Had the same experience in a Gyrocopter. I was taller than the windscreen so I had to slouch to keep my eyes open.

Good job, young buckaroo! Back in 1963 I was riding in a truck with my mom and her husband (No. 3, I think) late at night when he spotted a rattler on the road. He ran over it twice, shot it twice and threw it in the bed of the truck. After all that killing he still had enough intact skin to have a belt made out of it.
