We may create a full iso in the future based on the final GWX release.....that has not yet been decided.

I mean, it's hard enough for the GWX guys to provide support with the d/l being simple exe/bin files. Imagine the jimbuna/danlisa patented copy and paste set of steps if files could only be obtained in ISO format via torrent?!

Hope the new flotilla arrival is 'working up' well.....and not keeping the base up all night

Actually, things are working out well. I have the Rugby World Cup (and in a few days 20/20 cricket) to entertain me throughout the night, so getting up (or more the point staying up) is quite enjoyable. The added bonus is that this means my wife enjoys uninterrupted sleep, which can only be a good thing for me (it goes without saying that *she* doesn't know how enjoyable nights are - she thinks I'm just being a caring and wonderful husband ), so it's win-win for me big time!

Indeed, Wales v Canada in merely one more hour.

Ah, but once Wales got rid of (sorry replaced) James Hook with the far superior Stephen Jones, didn't things turn around. :p

New to sub sims.

Recently got hunter III off Amazon for £3. It was good but flawed. Was looking for some answers & bumped into this forum. Spent last night downloading Grey Wolves.
Fantastic. Thanks who ever you are. Its superb. Think I will lose many hours to this now! A real Classic. The reviews on Amazon for Hunter IV were poor? Hunter III was so cheap. Glad I got it now as the graphics with this mod are every bit as good!
Donation sent. Bargain

GWX is a very good way to remove yourself from the world and all current events...hehe.

Ya leechers are a problem. Also if the download is too slow many peers don't like it.

If there still up can you give me the link please.

I noticed some strange things in SH3 (with GWX 1.3). I had a type IX boat and it took some damage. The other propeller (I think it was starboard) was destroyed but everything else was working just fine. While submerged, the boat moved even though it had only one propeller working. It was just a little slower than normally. But when I surfaced the boat it didn't move at all. I don't know much about submarines but common sense tells me that if it moves submerged with only one propeller, then it should move on surface as well. Like I said, apart from the other propeller everything else was fine. So I assume this is some kind of bug. Has anyone else noticed this?

I was still able to take the boat back to base since the batteries seemed to recharge whenever the boat was surfaced, even when all the engines were stopped. If I have understood correctly, the u-boats used their diesel engines to recharge the batteries while moving on surface. So the batteries should not recharge if the engines were stopped, right?

Now my question is: is it possible to fix these issues in the future releases of GWX?
