No, I got it.
OCD kicks in at 39,99, but as soon as you reach 40,00 you get 10,01 gallons and OCD kicks in again.

However, I must say in Betonov's defense that I did the same thing: compare to what I pay for gas here.
Also I can't help compare to what I used to pay when I was in Pitt.PA in 1991-93, about a buck a gallon.
Somebody's plans to get a few extra oil barrels backfired.
