Can be completely credible, the color appears to be.

I'll take a pic when it's on the wall, but you must understand it's a schematic for sending EDI XML messages from UK to Norway and not the most exciting thing in the world - it's use is for the developer to quickly glance and see what's where when coding. (Programming code, not playing COD, although he does work from home and so may be...)
I've it's predecessor behind me, I'll take a pic of that for now so you can see how exciting it is - once my phones rebooted... We've done this, for the UK end, just two of us (very much mostly my boss!), it took only a few months once we'd agreed(ish) with Norway about the format, and that's on top of doing our normal work, our cousins in NL have no in-house dev and have paid an external company a very large sum of Euros to do the same - and theirs still doesn't work. Our (big) boss was also told that we were the ones delaying this project and that places like NL and Sweden were already doing it, when in reality NL are close and Sweden haven't even started, and delays were waiting for Norwegians to pull their fingers out and decide on the correct format - which we amended and they preferred!

Back in 1990 a friend of mine got a call from another friend who worked in the museum at Hill Air Force Base. They had an extensive model collection and all the label cards had gotten mixed up. They wanted to know if we could sort them out and put them with the proper models. Between the two of us we managed to get it all sorted, and used a small marker pen to write the names under the wing of each model in case it should happen again. We did all this off the top of our heads, and there was only one we had to go home and look up.
You know which one, of course.

What's confusing you? Ask, and I'll try to explain.

I am confused by the fact, that museum workers let label cards get mixed up, but accidents happen, of course.
I am somewhat confused that they didn't know what each model was supposed to represent, though I understand there might have been loads of them. I am heavily confused by the fact, that they hadn't marked them by a catalogue reference number like is usually done with museum objects. And finally I am just confused that they didn't fix the problem on their own. Not trying to sound insulting, but as someone studying museology as a minor subject, someone who has worked in a museum and someone who intends to one day become a professional on the field, I'm just confused by how wrong that all sounded.
