While it looks funny a lot of animals die like that. I believe McDonald's even had to change the size of some of their paper cups to prevent that from happening. So guys think of that if you feel the need to throw your stuff into the landscape instead of disposing of it properly in a waste/recycling bin.

No, you're right, and I did think about that before posting.

I might have already told on the forum how I was scared out of my wits one dark night as I weaved my way home from the pub along a lonely alley, by a loud rasping sound behind me. I mustered as much beery courage as I could and peered into the gloom, trying to locate the source of this awful noise. And then I saw this hedgehog with its head stuck firmly in a plastic cup; he was dragging it along the path trying to get it off.

I felt pretty pleased with myself for rescuing that little guy.

Here's another photo of a guinea-pig to make amends for my misdemeanour...

It is a funny picture in a way

And yes many wild animals dies from garbage people through out in the wild instead of put it where it belongs in a bin.

The person who toke this photo I hope he removed this obstacle from this animal(forgot the english name)

I fear he put this tube on the animal just to take a "Funny picture"

In german, it is an "Igel".
