I am correct when I say she had a sail as yachts for example do?

The USS Pueblo (AGER-2) was not a Coast Guard ship. It was attached to Navy intelligence as a spy ship. So I am going to declare you the winner.

Here it is moored along the Pothong River in Pyongyang, North Korea.
