Brrrrrrr!!!!!
Ok, I'm up in AK up my Iceland (remember that name; it's important) when I get a contact pop up: a small convoy, heading NW and slow.
So I plot out an approach, head off there and lurk. And wait . . . and wait . . . and wait. Now this isn't so unusual anymore since I started playing GWX 2.04. Contacts no longer have 'tails' that helpfully give an exact course. But I was only a couple of hours away, so it wasn't as if I should have totally lost them. So I started zizagging my way back along their projected base course . . . And found these . . . . Seems like someone at BdU has a sense of humor! :rotfl: Just as funny is seeing my watch crew in shirt sleeves as those are drifting by. Looks as if my lone medic is gonna be busy with flu and pneumonia! |
