Customers say they cannot open an account with the US not being listed as an available country so far.

German Amazon still list it for 21st Nov.

Also, a customer answers to questions for the copy protection, saying this:

As far as i can tell its purely a cdkey - game works without DVD in the drive and there was no online activation afaik.
