Yeah, I know what you mean, if they don't sign it I put down who they were in their readme and some sort of link to the thread so I can keep everything straight later on.

Hello All,

I have been playing around with the SH3 Mini Tweaker just to see what the results would be and I changed a few lines in the torpedo files, I did not see any change in the game, but the Mini Tweaker changed every torpedo file including my back up files, something that I did not expect.

Is there a way to edit the files using note pad or something? Can someone explane the entries in the torpedo discriptions and what changes can be made?
