As this a flightsim board, I take by fonts, you mean the fonts used on A/C markings?

Yep roundels and the like. PS circle tool is rubbish.
Also I want to be able to create stylized arrows etc for Russian planes.

I've seen them too. I want a font that replicates hand written letters rather than printing.
Gimp I think can handle PSD files.
