My small contribution to the thread:
Make your own U-boat wall clock. Get one of this kitchen clocks powered with bateries. Does not need to be new. I used one that the former owner of my house forgot in a corner. What is important is that the front side and the needles to be easily removable. Once you get it, remove the needles and remove the background disk with the hours printed on it (if not removable, you will have to cover it) Get Adobe or Paintshop, or any other graphic editor of your choice that can handle TGA, and browse the SH3 game's folders until you find the TGA file with the background for the depth gauge. It is better if you have the HI-RES mod. The image have much more quality. You are going to resize the gauge to match the size of the clock. You may have to print a couple of trials on black and white until you get the right size. Then print it on full colour on a quality photo paper. Get the gauge and cut it, make a hole in the center, for the needles and glue it. Put the needles back on place. And... There it is! Your own U-boat wall clock that is not only inmersing but is also useful! Blackberrys are great for mails, but as photo camera, they suck Last edited by Kron161; 12-26-07 at 03:38 PM.
