Yeah, no kidding...

CMBB and CMAK are going to be around for a LONG time yet to come.

I encourage any CM players here to consider joining www.webandofbrothers.de , my CM club, if you want to get in on some steady PBEM goodness.

We've got over 230 active members, and 15+ campaigns and tourneys going at the present time.

We go on a sponsership system, so PM me here if you want to join. All you have to do is complete a PBEM game with a member and you're in. Requirements to stay in are complete and log a game every three months, no bailing allowed.

Cheers,
David

CM:SF is out since Friday 29th.

First missions I was very disappointed by the game but after 2 days, I discover a very good tactical sim.
Just 2 things to be corrected for me :
Pathfinding
Camera control

I am waiting the first patch as usaul from BF

there is a demo out for those who want to test this sims.

Ive had it since saturday and I'd have to agree with MSgalileo , other than the pathing problems its a very worthy succesor to the other CM games

If you dont move the squad for a little bit , they will automatically start treating their wounded , also memebers of squads or hq's etc will treat the wounded of other units aswell

Ps - With the 1.03 patch alot of the major bugs have been stomped and theres been a major graphics increase as well

What are your specs, how is it running? I have a PIV-3 GHz, WinXP, 1 GB RAM, 7800GS - how would it do? They write there are some issues with nVidia 7xxx cards? Does it have a mission editor, and if so, how is it handling?

Im running it on an AMD +2800 , xp pro , 1.5gig ram and a 7600gt at 1280x1024 with the graphics at better setting and with 2xAA and 16AF and it runs like its oiled , smooth and fast - I play WEGO but that makes no difference to the amount of work thats done because the round is actually rendered in realtime then the re-play instead of the old blue bar then the video.
