I think you are right about the SS intro but...it does disappear to suddenly.
I might fix that in a future release 1.2

with new stuff of course...

SILENT SERVICE GRAPHICS MOD 1.2 for SH4

Was a bit fed up with the old one so i did a new...plain and simple.

This Mod will replace all Films, Loading Screens, Mission Screens and more.
Trying to make the atmosphere as immersive as possible with historic material.

Same concept as 1.1 but with new Intro Film (In Memoriam), New Main Load Screen,
15 New Level Load Screens (Main Battles of the Pacific) and New Menu Background Movie with New Slide show.

For those who never checked out 1.1
"New End Career Screens", "New Campaign Screens" etc.

Just heard from "l3th4l"v that the game CTD when using this...anyone else getting that?...late here and will fix it in the morn in that case.

This new into is REALLY nice The historical pictures and commentary help make SHIV what it should be - a historical simulation and, in my mind, a way of paying homage to some very remarkable sailors.

he left subsim and is no longer around to respond to posts but his mods are all first class and very usefull. even though his mods are old and some no longer work, most of them still do for v1.4 and even v1.5 so you might want to look over his other mods too.
