Now if Texas decide through some referendum to leave USA-What will happen politically and in societies in Texas and it neighbour states ?

The last time it was tried back in the 1860's the rouge states involved were brought back under federal control by force, hence my reference to General Shermans March to the Sea.

Hmm did Texas joined the southern part of the civil war in an effort to gain independent from America ?

It did. Texas had only been a part of the US for 16 years before it seceded along with the other twelve Confederate states.
