Using SCSoundEdit and RA 1.50 sfx.agg?
G'day guys,
I was trying to do some tweaking with the sounds of 1.50 and I noticed that the 'main' sfx.agg file won't allow things to be added to it, for some reason, when using the SCSoundEdit program - keeps saying, "this file cannot be created". I turned off the 'read only' characteristics of the file - no joy there - still says "this file cannot be created" I tried modifying a copy of the file - that worked - when I pasted it into the main SFX folder, it said "this file is use by another program" - even though I had no other programs running. Please help if you can - the other interface sound files seem to work - which makes it weird why the main sfx.agg won't allow changes. Cheers guys, Stew
